Regarding SCJA Promotion

Hi,
I am currently residing in Sweden and I am a student here. I wanted to appear for SCJA examination some time in August or September. I had heard that Sun had a promotion for SCJA that if you register/purchase the SCJA exam before 20th June 2008, you can have a retake on the exam if you do not clear it for the first time without purchasing the exam again. I wanted to ask if this is true and is this promotion valid only in USA or is it also valid outside USA e.g Sweden. If there is such a promotion listed some place, can some one please post the link to it as I cannot locate it. Any help in this regard would be highly appreciated.

Those who purchase a certification exam voucher using the priority code by June 20, 2008, and who do not pass the exam, qualify for the free retake.
