I just passed SCJP2 in May. And I'm trying to sit for one more exam. I would like to know which one is harder, SCJD or SCWCD?

Well I don't think you can really say something is harder than something else, because your background might be in J2EE and web pages, or it might be in stand-alone apps. That will determine which is easier.
The two exams are also very different. The SCWCD is a multiple choice type exam like the SCJP, so it takes time to study and understand the concepts and be able to answer those questions. Whereas the SCJD is an assignment to build an application. So in the time taking the test the SCJD is a longer test to take.
So you choice which you think is harder.
Me personally I found the SCJD harder because I wanted to learn everything, whereas the SCWCD is easier becuase all I had to do was memorize the stuff, and not even have to use it and experience it.
