I have one last question before I submit my assignment. Do I have to specify how to extract the database file from the jar file in my README.txt file or will the accessor (examiner) have their own copy?

Hi,
They may not have their own database, even if they have one, they expect us to provide the database which we used to develop the assignment, more over there is no need to say how to extract the database if u keep it in ur main jar it will be extracted with the other files.
Mention the location of the database alone.

Hi:
You need to supply your database. One of the requirements is to keep your database unchanged when you submit your assignment.
