i have this error when login sun cert.

i'm going to register on sun cert manager.but it give me the error as following:

The system was unable to locate your demographics record. If you are certain you entered the information correctly, please email a Customer Service Representative at suncert@prometric.com. Otherwise, press the Back button on your WEB Browser and try again.
Note: If the information that you entered is from the first test that you have taken, it is possible it hasn't been downloaded into our system yet. Please wait up to 4 business days to allow your testing records to be downloaded.


have you seen this error before???
please help me....

Hi Leo,
Yes, I had the same problem a couple of months ago. The people at prometric had been moving stuff around, and somehow changed my login details. They were very professional about acknowledging the issue and got it fixed one working day later.
The really wierd part was that when I rang up to ask what was going on (I hadn't been given an email address), the lady on the phone could find my details on her system - it was just the web access that was screwy.
Just send them an email, with enough details so they can identify your record, and they should be able to fix it.
