Well, the good folks at Prometric fixed up access rights so I can upload my assignment, but here's another problem.
When I click the "Upload Assignment" button or whatever it is, and the little window pops up so I can select my jar file and click "Submit" or upload or whatever .... well, somehow when I hit the button, it waits for a few seconds or so, but I end up at the Prometric CertManager login page.
What's supposed to happen? It doesn't say anything about whether my submission is accepted or rejected ... nada. I have no idea what's going on. What do the rest of you see when you submit your assignment?

It's a long shot, but maybe using another web browser would do the trick... I have seen problems similar to this with some browsers.

Tried that -- it doesn't work either.
Have you submitted an assignment in CertManager? Can you tell me what I SHOULD see after I click that "Submit" button?

Sorry,
I will be able to let you know in a couple of weeks, but I haven't tried yet.

Ah. I'm not getting much help on this issue. It seems everybody is either still working on the assignment, or still trying to figure out how to upload the stupid thing themselves.
For some reason, I always get directed to:

Nathaniel, You are not alone.
I have uploaded (I think I have uploaded) my assignment on sunday and run into the same problem as You. The worst is that I have done today my essay exam without to know whether the upload was successful or not.
I have send a mail to Prometric and get an auto reply that they are out of office. When I get the reply from Prometric I will post it here.
Regards,
Maksim
