When I was uploading my assignment, I saw that I do not have right to upload. I am from China and I sent a mail to SUN.
So how soon can I get my right to upload??

I also had the same problem. I sent an email to who2contact@sun.com with my
student id and told them the problem. The rights to upload probably took a week/week and a half to get them to respond.

Well unfortunately, this is standard operating procedure  -- it happens to everyone who tries to upload. At some point Sun estimated that it would take two days to fix the upload permissions, but some people (myself included) have experienced a wait of more like a week. So you can expect to wait anywhere from two days to one week. The problem is made worse by the fact that they are transitioning to a new cert manager. You should expect to receive an email from Sun telling you that the permissions have been fixed thus allowing you to upload your assignment.
By the way, congratulations on finishing your project.
Hope this helps,
George

Hi Biang,
I would recommend sending an email like the following to SunCert@prometric.com, if you have not already done so.

Hi SunCert,

When attempting to upload the "Sun Certified Developer Assignment for Java 2," I received the following error message:

"You do not have the rights to upload that assignment..."

However, I feel that I should have the ability to upload this assignment. Please make it possible for me to do so.

Candidate: xxxxxx xxxxxxxxxx
Address: xxx xxxxx xxxx xxxxx
xxxxxxxxxxxx, xx xxxxx-xxxxx
Candidate ID: xxxxxxxxx

My confirmation of payment is: xxxxxx

Thank you for your assistance,

Hope this helps,
George
