Only 3 weeks after my exam, I found my score on
https://www.certmanager.net/sun_assignment/assignment.html

I lost a few points in my GUI (I discovered a serious bug after I had uploaded the assignment...) and in some in "general considerations".

Actually, I expected an "automatic failure", since I had uploaded a .zip file(instead of a .jar file). I guess I got lucky.

Alltogether, I think it took me about 250 hours. I did not have any experience with Swing, RMI or Locking.
(I do have experience with servlets, jsp's etc).

This forum helped me a lot, so thanks to you all and good luck with you assignment. My advice: write lots of tests, and you will be fine.

And I do hope Sun will write clearer specs and just send an email when they have got the results... (I guess they won't, since we don't have a choice)

see ya,
Herman Scheltinga
