Does anyone know of any apps (hopefully free) that can help me test myself. I use the test questions in the back of the book, but you can only do it so many times before you memorize the questions.
Thanks
Dale

Hi Dale,
its very near.
Try http://www.javaranch.com/mock.jsp
or search for mock in this Forum (there is a search Link).
At the end of last year Sun changed a little bit the exam, but real classics like the three Marcus Green exams are definitedly not outdated.
I paid 20 Dollar for JQPlus (Search for Paul Anil in this forum and you'll get the link. I think it is worth the investment, cause the questions and especially the explanations are very good.
good luck
Axel

Hmm... Those will help out quite a bit. I guess what I'm really looking for is an application to help me study. I want to be able to put my own questions into the software package. This would help me out quite a bit. Then I can put in the parts that I'm weak at. And I can change the questions around, reword them, and also, not to mention, use them for others exams.

Hmmm.
I USE A microsoft word document FOR THE parts which are not intuitive to me. But. Pssst. Don't tell them.
You you may write it yourself.
All you need is some basic knowledge of servlets (sun Tutorial is more than enough), a database and a java-enabled webserver.
Database: http://www.cloudscape.com
Server: http://www.webappcabaret.com/javachina/tomcathowto.htm
