Hey fellow ranchers
Despite the reactions to the last person that put a web site here I am going to bite the bullet and do the same.
Some points before I let you all have the link:
--These are mostly from my own notes that I took while getting ready for the SCJP, its easier for me if I read and take notes at the same time. then later I can type them in and it reinforces it even more. You cna follow other links on the page to see similar things I've done with classes at school.
--If anything is wrong please let me know so I can fix it!!!
--If you like it let me know!! Also, feel free to copy, and use them if you think they'd be helpful, or post a link to them or any of the other sets of notes I have up there.
--If you don't like it let me know why!
--Remember it's not meant to be a complete guide, it was just for my own use on parts I was having trouble with, so it doesn't cover everything. I have more to add to it so it will have some more content but not everything!

thanks for your time

Dave

So of course I immediately went to the "Stupid stuff I forgot" link - and it wasn't in the html , a few others are also missing - collections, awt, interfaces, ==,io,excepts, misc, gc.
But MOSTLY I want to see that "stupid" category .

Some of the categories are not up yet, I am working on the slowly and wanted to get them looking relatively nice before I included them.
I'll get the stupid stuff up later today, there isn't much yet
And I'll deactivate the links to the items that aren't in it yet.
Thanks
Dave

Ok fixed those things.
There isn't a lot of stupid stuff, I think I've blocked some of them out of my mind. As I take more of the mocks in the next few weeks I'm sure I'll get more.

And the lesson of the day:

read the entire question and all of the answers before picking an answer

OK, I think I got that

Ok, just an update...
I finished the threads section and am going to start on I/O this week. anyone have any good sites that have I/O notes. I've been to the JDiscuss and also have Vel's notes too. I/O is going to be my weekest point so I need to give it the most work.
Thanks
Dave
Also, I'm not going to put a post up everytime I change something on the site - I did this time just because I'm looking for some other sources for I/O. I figure it would get irritating if I kept posting about my own site.
But, hey, if you haven't looked please do and let me know what you think - good or bad.

Generally (and I emphasise generally) people are very impressed and pleased with new original study information to browse. Keep up the good work.
