RMI uses specific port to function.
Does RMI use only one specific port or there are other ports? I'm trying to measure the bandwidth usage of network application that uses RMI so i need to know how RMI communicate.

You may specify the port like so:
UnicastRemoteObject.exportObject(impl_object, port_number);

If you don't specify a port, then an anonomous port is used.
