JSF command button problem

hi,

when am using the <h:commandbutton> the action is not going to next page.<h:commandButton value="SAVE" action="#{Details.viewVS}"/>

my bean class viewVS is

public String viewVS()
    {
        
    setNavigationOutcome("next");
        System.out.println("next");
    return this.navigationOutcome;
       
    }
 
  public String getNavigationOutcome() {
        return navigationOutcome;
    }
    public void setNavigationOutcome(String navigationOutcome) {
        this.navigationOutcome = navigationOutcome;
    }
 

faces-congig.xml

<navigation-rule>
            <description>Navigation Rule to link For Search Inactive Admin In Days</description>
            <from-view-id>/jsp/homePage.jsp</from-view-id>
      <navigation-case>
      <from-action>
      #{Details.viewVS}
      </from-action>
      <from-outcome>next</from-outcome>
       <to-view-id>/jsp/ListVS.jsp</to-view-id>
     </navigation-case>
    </navigation-rule>

is this correct way?
please give your suggestion.
