I write a web services in java. And publish it to tomcat 4.1.31 by axis 1.3.
When I use C#.net to call this web srvices,it return error "method not allowed" when tomcat port is 8080,but it can call successfully when I config
tomcat port to 80,How can I call this web services successfully when tomcat port is 8080?

Are you using a localhost (127.0.0.1) URL to connect the the web service? If not, a firewall may block your access even if tomcat is running on your local system.
