30% discount on the voucher

Hello!
i read that indians r getting 30% but i have enquired about it from prometric centres but i am not getting. if anybody can help me out in this aspect i'll be highly grateful. i stay in delhi so enquired over here.

Sun is having Java-certification-Dayz in India , for delhi-one , u r late :
15th Oct Delhi
17th Oct Banglore
19th Oct Mumbai
on this day they r selling SCJP/SCWCD vouchers at 30% discount.
( i myself brought one for SCWCD from delhi )
I am not sure , but as October-2001 is Java-certification-Month in India , so i suppose these discounted vouchers shld be available whole of Oct month .But i guess , these discount be available at only select-prometric centers.

How we detect that SUN will distribute vouchers with discount in any country.Means is there any web site or resourse fom where we know that this time SUN will give vouchers in this country.
