Hi-
I'm totally new to J2ME, and was wondering if anyone had seen any articles about designing your own ringtones for cell phones. I want to design some ringtones for some of my favorite tunes.
I have no idea how I would get started, what type of phone I would need to test this on (not sure which ones have a J2ME based OS etc.).
Any thoughts on this, or any websites or articles floating out there somewhere?
Thanks a bunch

hi,
i think you can use javax.microedition.media.control package in this aspect
By ToneControl interface there you can create tones
Hope this may help
Cheers
