can different midlet(same jar) share same code/resource?

such like:
/midlet
/midlet/res/*.png
/midlet/common/Helper.class
/midlet/midlet1/Midlet1.class
/midlet/midlet2/Midlet2.class

can Midlet1 and Midlet2 use Helper and access *.png in res (I think they can)?

I don't see any reason why they wouldn't be able to share those resources.

Yes, as long as they�re packaged in the same JAR file.
