what "if" finally produces an exception ?
just asking, i know this should be avoided but just in case if it happens then who catches.....

JLS 14.19.2 Execution of try-catch-finally
if it happens then it is the reponsability of the caller method to handle the exception thrown...
And why should it be avoided ??
