Scared! I've got in in a couple of days, and I'm unsure as to whether I should cancel and re-book a couple of weeks more down the line.
I'm only just starting to get 70% averages on jqplus, is that a good/bad sign whether I'm ready for the exam?
Rowan.

I would say that you'd pass without much of a problem, if you'd like to get less than 5 questions wrong though, perhaps you'd need a teeny bit of luck.. just my two cents.

depends on you .. how much you think you have confidence in Java.
AW 70% is not bad.

Hi Rowan, I originally had to take the test tomorrow. I disovered the JavaRanch (fabulous resource) only a week before and began taking mock tests and did the 60-70 % range. Now I have postponed the real exam (very relieved ) and have also postponed taking mock test till I revise Mughal and read some more threads and discussions on the ranch. This is a personal feeling, but I felt a lot of fine tuning in my case was needed and hope to hit the mock tests again tomorrow onwards. Will tell you my experience after that.

Usually, the exam should only be scheduled when you are comfortable with all objectives and not before unless you are a master at time estimations
besides 70% in JQ+ is not bad since it is harder than the real exam. You should get better grades on the real thing. Try Marcus Green's mocks since they seem to be pretty much of the same difficulty level than Sun's exam.
