I've studied from K & B, it doesn't mention anything about static & instance intializers. But khalid mughal talks about it & has other topics not in K & B. Also is material & question types sufficient to score good on exam?....

Jiten

The Mughal book covers extra material. If you look at the start of each chapter, it lists "exam objectives" and "supplemental objectives" (wording might be different.) K & B covers just the exam objectives. Both are good books.
