generics interface - doubts ...

class MyClass1<T extends Integer> implements MyInterface<T> {
 
}

Are both implementations are right ???
If yes then can you tell me what is the difference b/w this two ???
Is there any other method ( not java one ) also for implementation ???
Who will use this in his project ???
