For example, if the question is for an objective related to Threads, is it stated anywhere in the question page something like 'Threads'?

As we all know, that would help us focus on that topic, with regards to that question.

Anyone know?

No. That is, it's certainly possible that the word "threads" will appear somewhere on the page, but in general they do not tell you what objective a question is about. In fact many questions are tricky this may, involving several possible objectives at once.
