int a[]={1,2,3};
sop(a);

it will print the hashcode
but,
char c[]={'A','B','C'};
sop(c);
it will print ABC Why?

Take a look at the API for java.io.PrintStream.println. With knowlege of how overloaded methods are selected you will see why the behaviour is different.

It doesn't print the hashcode.
It prints the result of calling toString() on the array.
Note that java.io.PrintStream#println is overloaded.
