Where do I go to register for the SCJP exam?

Also where can I see a list of locations and dates where the exam is being offered?

Also do I find out right away if I passed or failed? and in what format is the test given? paper or computer?

You can start looking here, for instance.

To register for the your actual test, information can be found here, for example. Follow links for Test Takers.
