SCJP regarding

Hi ,
This is my first query in this forum.
Please,can any one tell me ,about SCJP exam details like
How many times that exam will be conducted in a year?
How much fee i have to pay,where to pay?
Exam centers?
Are Awt and Applets copulsory?
Good book(S)?
Normally ,if i am average in java how much time is required to prepare?
Please give me suggestions also...

can u tell me the K&B abbrevation and fee details .because in the said link they didnt mentioned my queries,they just given like "contact sun office" but in my place there is no such office.

K&B means Kathy And Bert, the author of the Head First book series for the exam.

The exam fee is $150 I think.
