hi all,
ina qustion about thread i found this between options

the notify method is called on the thread executing the code (false)

i answered true to taht... could anyone explain pls?

It is the object that waits. The wait and notify methods are defined in the object class and the notify method is called on an object not on a thread. So that option should be treated as false.

wait,notify,notifyAll are present in object class, they should be called on any object, you should generally call notify or notifyall on an object on which wait is called.
