And be sure your IDs display your name exactly as displayed on the voucher.

One of my IDs used an initial "M" instead of "Marc." Even though the full signatures matched, this took over 3 hours to resolve. The Prometric testing center would not even let me use their phone to call Prometric "customer service," so I had to use my own cell phone. The customer service representative asked to speak to an associate from the testing center, but associates at the testing center refused to speak to their own customer service representative, claiming that it was not their responsibility to help resolve anything. Then Prometric customer service asked me to fax them a photocopy of my driver's license, but the Prometric testing center wouldn't let me use their fax machine, so I needed to drive somewhere else and pay to have it faxed. There's more, but you get the idea.

(Edit: This was the Prometric testing center in Edina, MN.)

2 ids, one with picture, 2 with signature

This is a 3.5 hour test and I was told that if you need to go to the bathroom, you must check in with them as you go to the bathroom from your test desktop and as you return from the bathroom to your test desktop...also no water or other drinks allowed, so I guess you need to fake the need to go to the bathroom, in order to drink water out of the fawcet! Maybe (hopefully) your testing site is less strict.

Thanks, Pat Avery

I have ordered the voucher online through Sun and have received a mail notification on the purchase.
As i am scheduling my exam this week. Is it fine to take the printout of the email as i havent received any other proof of purchase.

In my case they asked for my voucher number while I was scheduling the exam on the phone and didn't require any further proof.
Take a print out incase something turns up and they need it.
I think a print out would be enough.

I scheduled the exam date through the website www.prometric.com so is it required to call up the actual center that i choose and confirm with them prior to taking the exam.
