Hi, I'm developing a web app that packs files in a jar. I've got to configuration files & reference to local foldert that are stored in tomcat folder structure.
I'd like to prepare my class to work if I move it from one server to another, how would I reference this path? I mean, do the classes get expanded in a folder as /WEB-INF/lib/%packages referenced in the classes% or as a /WEB-INF/classes/%packages%.
Problem is trying to acces folders this way from the classes, like ../../../../../anotherFolder/whatever.txt

Consider Paul's rocket mass heater.
