From First.jsp, I am forwarding it to another Second.JSP.
In my First.jsp , three elements were set in the request.

Now specifically while doing a forward at that time I want to set a value more in the request attribute
for. eq I want to set a value in success attribute.
the way we do in req.sendredirect(Second.jsp?success=true) but here we would lose the previous request object.

Thanks,
aakash

Aakash,
You could use request.setAttribute() for this.
