Use cewolf tags which if available for free. cewolf is good to render
graph in jsp. cewolf inturn uses JFree chart


if your company don't mind to pay for it try ChartFX.

Try Scalable Vector Graphics (SVG)

You can draw any type of chart, but remeber it requires effort of coding.

SVG is W3C recommendation and supported by every platform. And Chart generated by SVG are very rich.
but it requires a tiny IE plug-in like macromedia flash.
