Cannot find server or DNS Error

In our testing environment, we are getting this error intermittently. When I click on Browser refresh this error goes of and then the page gets displayed correctly. What could be the reason behind me getting this error intermittently? Note that the same URL works fine in another machine.

Perhaps a poor network connection or an overloaded web server/container which is causing timeouts.
