8000 per month is not a bad salary for 1 yr exp. But its not good salary also. Many companies gives 2 to 2.5 Lackhs average for fresher. So for 1 year experience you can expect same. There many other company's pays more.

But 1 year is too short for you to change the company. Forget about money and if you are happy with your work, projects and learning curve please continue with the same company. Dont jump company just for salary.

8000 what? It is hard to say if this is a good salary or not if we don't know the currency.

I agree with Paul. If it's 8000 Lire then it's pretty bad, if it's 8000 USD then it's pretty incredible for just 1 yr LOL

Hi :

I think you should try to jump in any big company, this is the right time a lot of companies are recruiting like anything.ofcourse salary would be much higher in big/branded companies ,apart from that experience you would get ,it would be much significant compared to your present experinece, because it would be more process based and you would be exposed to diffrent processes, which is hardly followed in small companies.
One year is ok in small company but after that you should start looking higher ,and last but not least but money also matters.

Seeing the name I guess Gajanan Bandale is from India. So I assume 8000 is Indian Rupees.

Yeah, even in NYC $96,000/year for one year of experience would be a dream...
