I'm new 2 all this but can i use java to access microsoft access databases and if so how easy is it 2 learn that JDBC package??

Note that it is prefered to use English ('to' instead of '2' as it is easier for international and vision impaired users to read.)

Yes, you can use JDBC with Access. JDBC is easy to learn. I recommend starting with the JDBC tutorial.
