I'm thinking BEA's WebLogic, IBM WebSphere or another ?
And which on do YOU feel is the best ?

Not sure which one is best (every vendor says theirs is :roll: ) - it depends on what you are looking for. Of course there's performance, but value added features such as clustering, failover, easy deployment, management, etc are all worth looking at too.

Last I heard BEA & IBM were tied for market share (at least in terms of revenue). But since JBoss is free, I don't think it gets accounted for in these statistics.

Web Logic is the best.
IBM's Web Sphere is always in the catch up game. They may justify with talking about additional tools like MQ series etc. But if you have some smart developers in your team you can always use similar tools for cheaper prices along with the great Web Logic.
