Can you run through an HTTP request flow through an EJB web tier and back?

Any details on how to do this?

http is always oneway. You can not invoke http from the server side.

The flow is like http -->servler --> ejb --> database --> results back to the user.

You can not trigger anything on the user from the actual server.

I am not sure if I answered your question though.

How can HTTP be one way when you can send the response back to HTTP client?
