When create EJB object from EJB Home, which design pattern it uses?

Thanks!

Factory Method. Abstract Factory is based on an interface factory that all implementing factories use.

The Create Method is a Factory Method. No the interface above that could called an Abstract Factory. But since you are talking specifically about the create method, that part is Factory Method.
