I'm not sure what you are asking. (It might be easier to understand if you used some punctuation.)

You can configure Tomcat itself, or individual web applications running in it, but there's nothing to configure about Java files. Or are you asking ho to run Struts applications in a web app, or how to compile Java source files?

You need some major help.

First of all you have to know how to compile a java file.Then you have to learn about basic servlet and then learn how to make web application using struts framework.
