Hi,

How does one create a .ear file using the new Sun Application Server 9.1 ? previously I used an older version of the app server (1.3). Please let me know.

Sincerely,

Hello,

The application server itself will not help you build an EAR file.

You need to build the ear file either by hand or by using a tool.

Most IDE's will have some kind of wizard that will help you build an EAR file, or you can use a build tool such as ANT or Maven.

Hope that helps,
David
