Would very much like to play around with GlassFish in it's own VM. Has anyone made this available as an appliance yet?

That is a good question, if you find out, please let me know!

Seriously, although I don't have any experience with VMWare, I suppose installing GlassFish on a virtual server under VMWare shouldn't be a big deal.

I imagine it would be a matter of installing the OS, the JVM and GlassFish in the virtual server.
