Check the documentation of the EJB Server supplier, you will find reference to a tool which generates the container classes that are used to access the EJBs. The container classes include the implementation of the home and component interfaces that clients use, as well as the classes that the server uses for the internal representation of the EJBs.

For instance, WebLogic Server uses appc for the generation of the container classes and javac to compile the classes.
