JMX - At runtime connect with different DB server..

Hi java Experts,

can any one suggest me how to use JMX in order to change the DB config file(to connect to different Database) to read different database @ runtime.

JMX is just an execution container -- much like an EJB container. Exception instead of running EJBs, it runs MBeans. And MBeans are generally devoted to monitoring and managment.

So, to answer your question, you need an MBean that does what you want -- and quite frankly I don't know if one exists.
