I'm trying to use JTable overiding the headerRenderer among other things. I'm also hiding and unhiding columns using the setPreferedWidth() etc. based on users selection via radio button.
The first time the table is painted all is fine. But when I try to unhide a column by changing the width, then I have a problem. I tried firTableDataChanged() gives me the reight data but dosn't repaint the table and the unhidden column dosn't show. When I use fireTableStructureChanged I understand that I loose my headerRenderer overide.
Can I override the fireTableStructureChanged() to put back my renderers.
Thank you
