Having more than one JToolbar

I trying to make an application that have more than one Toolbar on it. And I'm thinking if someone have an idea of how I can make it behave like multiple toolbars on windows apps like the ones on MS Office.

Can't you simply create multiple JToolBar objects and add them to your JFrame? They should work a lot like windows tool bars since they automatically handle docking, floating, etc.
