How to open a Maximised Window (urgent)

Hello,
I have a java application showing a window using frame. My query is
I want to open the window in maximised mode.
Can any one plese help me

Hi,
Just Try this,
JFrame frame - new JFrame();
frame.setExtendedState(JFrame.MAXIMIZED_BOTH );
Hope this achieves what u r looking for

Hi,
I know the syntax.. but unfortunately it is in jdk1.4 not in 1.3
& I am using 1.3 do u know any other way to do in 1.3?
