if I wanna create a menu,
should I create tha as a object , or do something like the following(as a funcation)

Brian,
Before I move this AGAIN , are you talking about a console based menu? Or a SWING GUI Menu? I think Dirk may have gotten confused a bit on that and I want to clarify so we can get your question in the appropriate forum.

Brian, this thread has been re-opened in it's original location. There was a bit of confusion on our part about what kind of menu you are trying to create. Sorry for the confusion. I am going to close this thread.
