JTable Selection/Focus Rectangle

Hi,

I have a JTable where I would like to select a row and have
a focus rectangle show up around the entire row vs. having the row
change background color when it is selected. This is something
common in many windows type activex grid controls. I think they called
it focus light.

This seems to work. Just need to handle some resize events and I
am good to go.
