Are you talking about using HTML forms inside a Swing component, i.e. a Swing-based browser? Or do you want to access a servlet over the network from inside your Swing application?

Please don't post the same quetsion several times into multiple forums. It leads to duplicated effort, as has happened to your posts to the Servlet forum. You're also not increasing your readership, as we all read several forums. So this thread can be closed.
