Java Programmer's Rule Engine, is available
for download at the usual place:

nice usability enhancements, including "Java Patterns" -- a new syntax
for writing simple slot tests that is more readable and natural for
Java programmers to use. As always, comments and questions are welcome, but as the final release of Jess7 approaches, your feedback is more important than ever.
