I try to edit the
server.xml and uriworkermap.properties files in
<tomcat_home>\conf
I can open them using wordpad, but when I try to save
these files, I do not know which format to choose:
plain text file, RTF file?
I tried to save them in RTF, then my tomcat can not start up at all.

Use notepad or wordpad and save it as a plain text file.
