can u tell how to invoke a servlet from a jsp. and how to run jre seperatly

In the same way that the <jsp:include> action can be used to invoke another JSP, it can also be used to invoke a Java Servlet. For example, to invoke a Servlet called /servlets/MyServlet, you can use :
<jsp:include page="/servlets/MyServlet"/>
This will invoke the Servlet and include the result in your JSP.
