Can anyone give me a real good explanation of headers as they relate to Servlets and JSP's ? Cant find anything that satisfies my needs anywheres. I'm studying for my Websphere Cert and need to get this straight in my head.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You may put any header to the http response of your server in the servlet service() method:
response.setHeader("Pragma","no-cache");
In jsp yoy may do the same or use the special taglib.

You can find a complete description of all headers in the HTTP 1.1 spec.
