Hi,

WEB-INF/classes folder would be the appropriate place to put it. After all,
that would serve as the root directory for your classpath.

Yes Vishnu. You are right ... and in case of struts, ApplicationResources.properties can also reside in the same folder where we can configure all the messages that appear in our web pages.

This supports a good internationalization extension.
